AL MuhaLLab bin Abi Sufra in the Book of the History of Messengers and kings of AL Tabari (310 A.H./ 933 A.D.)

This study aimed to shed light on al - Muhallab bin Abi Safra and narrations about him in one of most important source in islamic history. This book is al-tabari’s history which entitled as History of prophets and kings. Also, the study concentrated on al-Muhallab role during the Umayyad era, through three axes: first, his role until the death of the Yazid ibn Mu‘awiya; Second, his stand towards the movement of Ibn al -Zubayr; third, his resistance of some anti –statemovement,suchasthemovementofal -khawaraj(Alazariqa).
in addition, the study will demonstrate how the expert and military efficiency of al - Muhallab ibn abi Safra helped him to overcome many obstacles and challenges he met throughout the course of his life,in a way that he drew attention of many leaders at that time. For example, he provided support to Ibn al - Zubayr for some time, then, to Abd al - Malik ibn Marwan, the Umayyad caliph, who was an opponent of ibn al - Zubayr.

" Methods of forgery in the official Letters in the Islamic Arab state and ways of Unravelling them"

After forgery in the official letters became a crime threatening the trust and continuity in the official transactions through following different and Various ways by forgerers ranging from imitating imitating handwriting and stamps and tricks played to get them , it became quite necessary to combat this phenomenon and to prevent it .
This was realized through finding out serious and active methods that are instrumental in preventing forgery in the official letters .
In order to protect the exchange of those official letters and in order not to lose the trust offered by the members of the society , methods vary in lin with the ways of forgery Although those ways could not halt forgery, they revertheless , helped decrease its prevalence .

Assyrian fibrous forces in the era of the British Mandate over Iraq between 1921 1932

The research aims to study how Britain exploited the difficult conditions faced by the Assyrian minority at the end of World War I and at the time of the British Mandate over Iraq 1921 - 1932 . Britain Organized the Assyrians into local forces , after the Cairo Conference in 1921 , as an alternative to the withdrawing British army from Iraq. and it manipulated them to achieve military objectives against the national movement represeled by the Kurds movements between the years 1922 – 1931 . During that same period, Britain began in 1926 reducing its forces for economic exigencies and that continued to hold until the 1930 , Britain- Iraqi treaty when the role of those troops as combat units ended and they became guards for British Airports in Iraq .

The difference is a universal habitual practice, and a rule of the basic rules of existence. Although there are many forms and numerous levels of difference between people and beliefs, but the core difference was religious. We can mark three levels of the religious difference:
First: a difference with those who are out of the circle of a common belief,
Second: a traditional difference with the celestial religions comates,
Third: a difference inside the same belief (Religion of Islam).
The Islamic civilization presented intellectual and real examples through its stages of arising and developing for the rules of interlocution and participation between different parties, and in accepting the other on a basis of respect and love, far from extravagance and exclude.

AL – Utby goes back in relation to Utba bin abi sufyan‚ Muawiyas brother. He was a spokes man, poet‚ genealogist and historian.This is reflected in his historical writings.
This research deals with his approach in his historical narrations . He is characterized by his easy style and eloquence. He described the historical events scientifically and precisely away from the imaginary fictional style . He used Quran, prophet tradition,poetry, speeches and proverbs He aLso mentioned documents related to the messages exchanged among rulers‚governors and Leaders. In addition,his narrations covered awide SpatiaL and temporal range.

The subject of U.S. policy toward the Dominican 1930-1961 of important issues, because it represents a historical review of U.S. policy toward the Dominican under the tutelage obtained by the United States as a result of the Monroe Doctrine in 1823 , due to the length of the subject and unwieldy nature has felt researcher divided the two sections , which included the first of them, U.S. policy toward the Dominican 1905-1930 , as it led the instability of recent in that period and the large number of disorders in which to enter the United States where many times due to the near Dominicans of its borders and its proximity to the Panama Canal important strategic U.S. , while the second section , has focused on U.S. policy toward the Dominican between 1930-1961.

The research include a general summary about the historical stages of the Bahraini- Iranian relations in the modern age since the starts of the nineteenth century and what this period include of the Iranian demands of having Bahrain as its own till the shah Muhammad Ridha Bahlawi accepted to do a public Poll in 1969 in Bahrain which resulted in determining the destination of Bahrain as an independent emirate till 1979 and the establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran . The research deals with course of negation and position relations between the two countries till 2004 .
